I've notice my heart can be 115 in the mornings when i wake up. resting in the day it is in the 80's. should i be concerned with the higher rate?

Elevated HR in AM: Are you fatigued/ dizzy? short of breath? are you on any medications? use energy drinks or lots of caffeine? cocaine? would check thyroid, electrolytes ,adrenaline sensitivity, check for postural tachycardia (POTS), EKG. possibly echocardiogram many times it is benign but you first must rule out possible medical causes. f/u with doc/cardiologist

Normal: for your heart rate to be slightly elevated upon awakening due to cortisol secretion part of normal diurnal variation.
