First thing's first: Good evening. The answer would be in the urine culture. When was your most recent urine culture done, and what were the results? Also, sometimes symptoms that might seem like they are being caused by a urine infection may have a totally different cause (maybe not a urine infection at all). STD's can cause similar symptoms. So could inflammation or trauma.
