I recently had a course of antibiotics for a uti but it's still not completely cured.will it go without further treatment.?

Probably Not: Uti symptoms usually improve by your 3rd or 4th day of antibiotic treatment. Either the antibiotic is not the right one for the type of bacteria you have or the diagnosis is incorrect. See if your doc has a culture which shows which abx works or return for an exam in case something else is causing your symptoms. Take care.
