Rest & relaxation.: This type of fracture is not always easy to identify, but all is not lost. The foot needs to be immobilized. Either a cast or cam type walker would do just fine. Being non weight bearing for four weeks to start, should help with reducing the pain. You can use crutches to assist with this. These fractures can take up to 4-6 months to heal. Sometimes up to a year. Find an expert to monitor progress.
