Cuboid dislocations are very difficult to diagnose. The cuboid had to be manipulated back into positions. There is still difficulty within the medical community as weather a cuboid dislocated since it is not seen on X-ray. Fractured are more definitive in treatment if non displaced fracture cast with immobilization until healed
