Definitely - By PubMed: "non-displaced isolated fractures of the cuboid bone can be effectively treated conservatively by immobilization and by avoiding weight bearing on the injured leg".

Cuboid dislocations are very difficult to diagnose. The cuboid had to be manipulated back into positions. There is still difficulty within the medical community as weather a cuboid dislocated since it is not seen on X-ray. Fractured are more definitive in treatment if non displaced fracture cast with immobilization until healed
