Anatomical prob? Uro: 7 infections in 5 years? Repeated infections can lead to cystitis, which causes blood clots to form on the (irritated, eroded) lining of the urothelium. Frequent urinary tract infections in females points to an anatomic problem (from childbirth?) or stones. Possibly from chemical exposure or hygiene, but at this age, it'd be unusual. Possibly: May need to have you seen by urologist. If unable to urinate need to go to emergency department.
