Needs to be seen: Anything unusual lesion that lasts more than two weeks should be evaluated. Without actually being able to see it, we can't diagnose these types of situations. See a general dentist if you have one, or an oral surgeon if you don't who can tell you exactly what it is and whether or not something needs to be done.
