May be tori: If you already have tori, it could be that, but you should see a dentist to evaluate and make sure that you rule out a possible cyst, gum boil or other lesion.

Hard palatal bump?: It could be normal anatomy, a variation of normal anatomy, exostosis or a brewing problem. See a dentist to rule out the bad stuff and confirm that there is no need to be concerned.
