Tendonitis: 30's female w. anterior shoulder pain at abduction, absent mechanical injury, likely has tendonitis of biceps tendon. Heat, rest & topical Cannabis salve + heating pad might help. If problem persists over next 10 days, visit an Osteopath or Physiatrist for evaluation & possible cortisone injection, which will likely resolve symptoms forever or at least several months. Consider repetitive stress.
