Taking the vaccine in your left arm will not make the tendinitis worse. Your concern is well taken and you may take the vaccine in left arm. In most people, the pain from vaccine is well controlled with acetaminophen. No more than 4 g in a day, no alcohol. Do not delay the vaccination. Wish you good health.

See no problem with vaccination in either arm. The local pain is to be expected at the injection site, and is essentially completely gone by 2-3 days. Talk to your doctor and choose which side to have the jab. But do get this done.
