antral mucosa with extremely focal chronic active gastritis. what is the treatment for this? can it come back with stress?

Gastritis: This should resolve with the taking of prolosec type medication. However I feel that it's also advisable to avoid spicey foods, eliminate tobacco,alcohol and minimize caffeine as well as avoidance of gastric irritating medications like aspirins,Aleve,Advil,corticosteroids,etc. Chronic stress can be a contributing factor.
