my diagnosis: chronic antral gastritis, h. pylori, fax les. symptoms: heartburn, stomach ache. triple therapy, nexium didnt help. any hope for cure?

Usually yes: But one needs to know whether the H pylori has been eradicated since triple Rx is not 100% effective. If you are taking Nexium 30-60 mins before breakfast, consider taking another dose before dinner and see if this helps. Surgery is another option. There is however no real cure for reflux. Avoid NSAIDs in the meanwhile.

Unlikely: If you are on double dose prilosec, you should have very little acid and acid related reflux would be unlikely.
