No worries: A one time ingestion of a small amount of mouthwash will have no untoward affects on your baby.

Congratulations!: Not to worry. A one time episode of accidentally swallowing a little bit of mouthwash will cause no harm for either you or your baby. FYI there are alcohol-free mouthwashes available on the market. Important to see your Dentist to make sure your mouth will remain healthy all the way through your pregnancy. Gum disease, for example, can cause premature birth &/or low birth weight.
