I'm pregnant and my astrigent and mouth wash have alcohol as an inactive ingredient is that ok?

Probably not: Although amount of alcohol in mouthwash is minimal, if pregnant best to avoid alcohol. Mouth washes are really not very effective. Good brushing and flossing a better alternative. Check with your ob/gyn for alcohol guidelines.

Mouth wash is ok: Congratulations on your pregnancy! since the majority of mouthwash is expectorated when you are done rinsing then there isn't any real concern to continue using it during your pregnancy. If you are still concerned, there are a lot of mouthwashes on the the market that don't contain alcohol, in fact, listerine now has one called listerine zero.
