The alcohol used in mouthwash is the same as that is used in alcoholic beverages people consume on a regular basis. I would not waste any energy worrying about this level of ethyl alcohol exposure. There are other types of alcohol (methanol) that are deadly, but this is not considered so unless you consume mass quantities.

If drinking alcohol mouthwash was deadly many of my old dental instructors would have died young. Dental products typically are designed to be safe if accidentally swallowed in limited amounts. Some professionals feel avoiding alcohol containing products helps to reduce drying of the mouth. Brushing with toothpaste and spitting with no rinsing may provide more protection than a mouth rinse.
