A mouthful of mouthwash solution should not cause significant harm to you or your baby. The stomach ache is likely due to the effect of hydrogen peroxide, an ingredient of mouthwash. You can take some antacids for the stomach ache.

You should be OK soon, and no harm to your baby. Mouthwash is NOT a substitute for either brushing or flossing. Both are required to prevent periodontal disease which can result in short-term pregnancy and/or low birth weight. Please make sure to see your Dentist regularly to prevent complications. If you must use mouthwash, seek alcohol free.
