Mouth lesion: Usually cuts epithealize in 24 hours but may take a week to 2 weeks to heal even if not infected. .In the mouth because of all the bacteria it is painful consider gargling with 1 teaspoon salt in warm water 3 x a day and brushing teeth every time you eat ,cuts down on bacteria which worsen the pain
