May have candidiasis: Are the 'white bumps' removable with a Q-tip?Have you been using any oral antibiotic tablets lately? Might you have an immune deficiency? See a dentist and talk about those issues.

Bumps: There are multiple dozens reasons for "small white bumps" in the mouth. Most, but not all, are benign and self limiting. Your General Dentist, an Oral Surgeon, or an Oral Pathologist can differentiate one kind from another. Please seek a professional examination.
