Protein powder: pre- vs. post-workout is controversial. Many believe that post-work out is best because it restores what has been burnt up in the workout. Some say pre-workout to give you energy for a better workout. IMO, post-workout is best and you can add a pre-workout shake but it would need to be an hour or two prior. Peace and good health.
