Snap, Crack and Pop.: I guess you can be grateful that it doesn't hurt. It sounds like you have traumatized a tendon or ligament. If it was a bone, I feel that you couldn't have healed so soon. Although it may not pose any immediate concern, the injury may develop into a problem, especially with a high activity level. It might be best to have it evaluated, just to be safe.
