Get xray, ice to ank: you probably sprained your ankle but to be sure that nothing more serious is wrong you should have the ankle and foot x-rayed. In the meantime apply ice to your foot and ankle and elevate your leg to help control the swelling. Either see your physician or go to an emergency room.
