It real valve: You are referring to the mitral valve and your leakage may be insufficient to cause you any problem. If it be me worse your doctor would then explain to you what could be done. Stop worrying!

Mitral valve problem: Your mitral valve is between your left atrium and your left ventricle. There are varying degrees of dysfunction from mild to very severe. You have to sit down with your cardiologist and see where you're at.
