A member asked:

Why are doctors saying heart trivial valve regurgitations are normal if they are not normal findings?

I think there is a difference between saying something is normal versus something that does not need treatment. In a patient of your age group, trivial regurgitations of one or more heart valves is a common finding that does not warrant any treatment and it is typically asymptomatic. Depending on the clinical situation, it is something that may need to be monitored by cardiology. Good luck!
