?: That affected side may be the one next to the A/C at your home, office or car, anyways, besides using the saline nasal wash, you may want to consult an ENT to make sure nothing abnormal on that particular side, meanwhile you can try OTC Flonase or Nasocort, nasal sprays as needed, but read the labels carefully , and do not overuse it without medical supervision, good luck
