? Cluster Headache: If this is a new issue, you need to proceed more urgently. Otherwise, a medical evaluation is warranted. If these are cluster headaches they frequently respond to inhalation of high flow o2 therapy thru a close-fitting non-rebreathing mask. They may also be from sinus congestion. Regardoessk you need to get checked.
