Every howmuch period do breast ultrasound for a 57 years old female patient for screening?

There is: no consensus on the use of Breast ultrasound for screening. Mammography is still the standard. If adjunct screening ultrasound is indicated, it would seem reasonable to do it annually, staggered with screening mammography at 6 month intervals.
