Ratio not important: The ratio of diastolic to sysstolic pressure is meaningless and is not how doctors evaluate blood pressure. It's the actual numbers that are important. 150/100 also is a ratio of 1.5, but dangerously high. 110/73 has the same ratio but very low risk. Discuss your BP with your own doctor. 120/80 isn't bad, but s/he might suggest you monitor it to assure the diastolic isn't usually over 80.
