Go see ur family doc: Normal blood pressure is considered less than 120/80 systolic/diastolic. In those less than 60yo in the States, we consider medication if BP greater than 140/90 at least twice. If older than 60yo, we won't treat until greater than 150/90 twice. We consider treating earlier than later if any evidence of end-organ damage eg headache, chest pain, heart failure, kidney damage, etc. Bring ur cuff 2 doc
