IgE-mediated allergy: True food allergies or IgE-mediated allergies to cows milk and meat would not put you at risk for developing an autoimmune disease. If you are truly allergic then you should strictly eliminate these foods from your diet as even small, accidental exposures can cause life-threatening reactions.
