Many: but not likely from an autoimmune disease which usually affects the lung tissue and not the airways if it happens at all. Chronic sinusitis and asthma would be on the top of the list. Have you had a lung function test or CT chest scan yet? Has your chronic sinusitis cleared since the surgery (which is only about 50% successful for chronic sinusitis).? Have you seen an allergist or pulmonologist?
