Osteoarthritis: Joint pain that's aggravated by weather sounds like common wear & tear osteoarthritis, as opposed to less common inflammatory rheumatoid arthritis. Acetaminophen/paracetamol is good 1st choice assuming no liver issues. NSAIDs like ibuprofen & naproxen are available w/o prescription in States although I don't know about Lahore, Pakistan.
