Not sure...: I understand your question. Do not know what is meant by "guck n simple." in general, with a history of prior cancer, further testing with blood tests, possible measurment of tumor markers, possible pet scan, and possible needle biopsy of a lymph node or lung nodule may be indicated. Would need to follow up with your oncologist for proper direction.

Biopsy and/or PET: Ct guided biopsy or mediastinoscopy with biopsy may be indicated. Pet may show increased areas of activity and oncologist may want to treat simply due to your history. Contact oncologist and surgeon.
