Heart or pressure: You may not be as fit as you think you are. Some blocking of the arteries that supply oxygen to your heart or rising blood pressure during exercise compromising the delivery of oxygen to your heart ,You need to see your MD and follow up on your symptoms. Symptoms must not be brushed off.
