Extremely unlikely: You probably have read or heard stories about a blow to the chest causing heart stoppage and sudden death. This is extremely rare problem; every case is reported in the media, but only a handful of cases every year in all of North America. Second, the heart stoppage is immediate, not a few hours or days later. See your doctor for reassurance if you're still worried.
