Two nights in a row was in bed had left sided chest pain accompanied with back pain shortness of breath for about 15-20 min. Since then when I walk or do anything I feel winded. Seems to get worse as each day passes. Im a 29 year old female with two kids.

1 month Hx subjective shortness of breath, but not sure if objectively so or just anxiety. Can breathe deeply w/o issue but throat & solar plexus feel 'tight.' No chest pain & lift weights & walk or jog 3-5 miles/day.Worrisome for heart/lung issue?
I have no heart issues but I have chest discomfort with slight shortness of breath at rest and tight muscles on my right side of back what could this be?
