Yoga, breathing: You should create an environment where u can lay down frequently during the day, in a quite place with little noise or visual distraction, closing your eyes, relaxing your muscles and focusing on positive thoughts or pleasant images. Repeat this routine few times a day for 39/49 minutes. Learn breathing exercises, nostril and deep abdominal breathing. check w with your primary doc to get an EKG.
