Aerobic fitness : Most of what you read about heart rate in subscience. Junior owes it to himself to get physically fit, with resistance and / or aerobic fitness as his interests direct. He needs to look and feel good, and this will come from a serious commitment to real athletic training. Only he can choose what is right for him, but both will lower heart rate and do much, much more.
