Your body can: retain water and this can cause temporary weight gain and also wash out important electrolytes that allow your body to function properly. See your doc or a nutritionist for a diet that suits you. Many folks folks find low carb and higher protein helpful. Avoid low-fat diets. Good fat is essential. Peace and good health. Eggs are good, yolks and all.
