The urine: does not sound abnormal and the hypertension can be CONTROLLED thus avoiding heart and kidney disease! The dizziness is not usually a symptom of hypertension (rather it is associated with low blood pressure) so discuss this with your PCP (Primary Care Provider) Hope this helps! Dr Z
