A hot tub could cause dilatation of your arteries and low blood pressure especially if you are not well hydrated. While hypertension(uncontrolled) or medications used for blood pressure control could be the cause, prolonged exposure to hot water during warm weather is more likely. It is important that you limit the time you spend in the hot tub and see your doctor to look into this.
