My knee continues to hurt if kneeling ..a doctor called it washing wife syndrome ..no xrays ..should i go to a different doctor been to this one 3 time?

Depends: Knee pain with kneeling is not uncommon. Most causes don't require a x-ray. A good exam can determine most causes. You need to make sure you are receiving some kind of treatment - nsaids, therapy, injections. If the pain persists then further work up with x-rays or even MRI might be needed.

Prepatellar bursitis: Inflammation of the fluid filled sac around the kneecap and its connections to surrounding tissue. Anti inflammatories, sometimes physical therapy (strengthens the surrounding muscles), less often injection of anti inflammatory drugs (steroids).. Follow up, especially if no response.
