Something in the way: Something in the way you move must change some little thing in the delicate combo of muscles, tendons, nerves, etc. Even the bit of additional time since the original position may matter. Seek an experienced PT or massage therapist or even some gym experts. A librarian may find a resource. It's a good thing!
