Have a two sores on my foot that i have tried removing with a scraper and a foot scrubber but they have not left. they are painful of i stand or walk to long or if i step on rocky surfaces?

Nucleated Callus.: Let's see, You tried to remove them with a scraper, so they are probably thick. The sores are painful, so probably not neuropathic. Your age minimizes the chance of the sores being warty in nature. Pain with direct weight bearing , means the sores are probably under the metatarsal heads. The possibility of Intractable plantar keratosis in high. This condition are best treated by a foot specialist.
