My left foot on the inside of the foot is so painful i can hardly walk. what can i do. my ultrasound and xray is 2 days i can't stand the pain?

ER/Urgent Care: If the pain is that severe, than I would recommend going to an ER or urgent care center and having the xray at least done. You dont mention if there was an injury, but if there was iit could be a fracture.
