Hi my feet gets very heavy and painful after i sit, stand or walk for a while. i can barely take a step there after. it seems to be getting worse. is there reason for concern. what can i do to help the situation. thank you ?

Heavy feet: Are they swollen? Could be due to varicose veins, swelling for excess fluid due to venous insufficiency or a liver or heart issue. May also be due to sciatica or other abdominal issue like ovarian mass. Would follow up with for through evaluation.
