My ct scan showed sub lenticular cyst of 9mm. is this dangerous size? why my mri did not show it? was it supposed to?

Not likely dangerous: It is not clear why the CT scan showed the cyst and the MRI did not. I would recommend that you make sure the studies were compared. Cysts in the brain are usually benign. Without seeing the study, it is hard for me to make a comment about your scans.
