Yes, but: Dentists can do all sorts of clever restorative procedures. The pontic may need multiple tooth stabilization, however, to prevent untoward movement of the anchor teeth. Ask your Dentist for help.

It can be made..: But will it stay in place? Will you swallow it accidently? Will it impinge the soft tissue over the implant affecting healing? Will the canine be torqued out of position? You need to discuss these issues with your restorative dentist. A restoration that uses your palate for support would probably be an all around better option.

See Prosthodontist: There are different options available. A temporary acrylic prosthesis can be made to replace #12,13,14 for esthetics, but would need support and retention from front teeth and the other side -- it would cover part of the palate. It must have soft material over the implant site. Or,you could have a provisional placed on implant, but out of occlusion. We do this routinely. See specialist for options
