I am getting a 3 tooth bridge. why on my plan sheet do they have me getting 2 crowns code d6751 and code d2751 on each of the teeth surrounding the missing one? they are charging me for 4 crowns and a pontic?

Code D6751 is for a pontic. If you see the code twice, you are being charged for two. Are there two teeth missing. Discuss this before treatment begins so there is no misunderstanding.

This doesn’t make sense, to me. Before any treatment is started, have office explain the codes that are being used. Also, have office review all of the charges with you.
