Very unlikely but...: Pulsating feelings in your abdomen and ringing of ears are not known side effects of garcinia and CLA so it's fairly unlikely it's related. However, it is possible you are having a rare and unusual reaction so to be safe try stopping them. If these symptoms go away restart and if they come back they are likely connected. But since this is probably unrelated see your doc to evaluate. See comment:
