Ruptured eardrum: if by "digging" you mean putting something in your ear. Or possibly you pushed a wad of wax down to where it is touching the eardrum. Don't mess with it for a few days and if it continues or if there is pain or hearing loss, see someone as to whether you have a large rupture or might need antibiotics.
