Did an ENT specialist evaluate you for similar symptoms 3 years ago when you had the MRI & got no satisfaction? I recommend consulting a different one as well as an oral surgeon this time ,perhaps at a university hospital, as you should be given a differential diagnosis and some treatment options for your symptoms which appear quite uncomfortable.

An ENT can get a cone beam scan of your sinuses. Obstructions such as a deviated septum it can inhibit proper nasal breathing which can be related to facial pain. A high narrow palate can also contribute. A dentist trained in Airway or Dental Sleep Medicine may be able to help with non-surgical Oral Appliances. Take care!
